I am Vostok Leila El, aka Kirin Padmani Kaur. This is my second name given to me in the Ashram.
Certified teacher of stretching yoga, hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, yoga therapist (asanas, pranayama and meditation, chanting mantras). At first, I was engaged in athletics as a child, running short and long distances from 6 to 11 years old, as well as throwing a ball and a javelin. After that, I was engaged in sick dancing, modern dancing, pontimimo, plastic, hippie hop rap, Latin American dancing and modern dancing and belly dancing. I performed in the group “With My Own Legs”. There were many concerts and a lot of movement. I did dance production. And then I decided to choose my own direction solo belly dancing. But once having visited India, I began to practice yoga. I lived in Ashrams, studied and practiced yoga there.  And I realized that yoga is my life. And the fact that I used to dance is yoga, that even dances all come from yoga. And to this day I practice and teach my students different combined yoga, which heals the body and lifts the spirit and gives health to the body.

About Me

My name is Vostok Leila El — also known by my spiritual name, Kirin Padmani Kaur, given to me at the Ashram. My journey into yoga began as a natural extension of a lifelong connection with the body and movement.

From the age of 6 to 11, I was involved in athletics, running both short and long distances, as well as competing in ball and javelin throwing. Later, I immersed myself in the world of dance — including modern dance, pantomime, body movement, hip hop, Latin dance, and belly dancing. I was part of a performance group called “With My Own Legs”, where I choreographed and performed in numerous stage productions. Over time, I transitioned into solo belly dancing to follow my own creative path.

But everything changed after my journey to India. That’s where I discovered Kundalini Yoga, a powerful practice that connected me not only to my body, but to my mind and soul as well.

Today, I am a certified teacher in:

  • Stretching Yoga
  • Hatha Yoga
  • Kundalini Yoga
  • Yoga Therapy (specializing in asanas, pranayama, meditation, and mantra chanting)

What Is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is one of the ancient spiritual systems of India, designed to awaken your inner energy and elevate your consciousness. It combines physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and chanting.

The practice helps you:

  • Gain control over your thoughts, emotions, and desires
  • Stay present and self-aware
  • Break free from addictions and negative habits
  • Improve memory and attention
  • Cleanse the chakras and restore inner balance

It is considered the fastest path to connect body, mind, and soul — accessible to people of all backgrounds and levels.

Who Is It For?

Kundalini Yoga is for anyone who seeks to go beyond the ordinary and realize their true potential. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner, this system adapts to your unique inner journey.

What Happens in a Class?

Each class begins with the chanting of two mantras to set the tone and group energy. Then comes a warm-up, followed by one or more kriyas (specific sets of exercises), relaxation, and meditation. The class closes with a final mantra, sealing the experience with intention.

What Can You Feel During Kundalini Awakening?

Kundalini awakening can bring about unique physical and emotional sensations:

  • Tingling, heat, or electrical-like surges
  • Sensations of energy rising through the spine
  • A sense of deep stillness and inner peace
  • Expanded consciousness and heightened intuition
  • A symbolic “serpent-like” movement in the body

Some describe the energy as:

  • Red when fully awakened
  • White when at rest
  • Deep blue when nearing formlessness

How Yoga Transforms the Body and Mind

Beyond spiritual growth, Kundalini Yoga supports physical, emotional, and psychological well-being:

  • Enhances skin elasticity and reduces signs of aging
  • Helps reduce fat, stress-related appetite, and cellulite
  • Boosts facial appearance through facial yoga — lifting muscles, reducing wrinkles, and improving skin tone
  • Promotes emotional balance, confidence, and resilience

My Philosophy

Yoga is a sacred science — a timeless gift passed down by ancient masters to help us live healthier, more meaningful lives. It’s a path of deep inner transformation that extends far beyond the physical.

Through yoga, we step out of the “grayness” of routine life and enter a magical realm of clarity, lightness, and authenticity. It brings not only health and vitality, but a profound awakening of the soul.

I’m here to share this journey — to hold a space where your body heals, your mind clears, and your spirit rises.
